Submissions

The Small Business Law Review™ gives practicing lawyers, law firms, legal scholars, and institutions concerned with small business law matters an efficient and effective means to:

  • Enhance their or their employee’s resumes by publishing traditional full-length legal articles, comments, case law notes, or book reviews with an ISSN registered periodical, while still retaining the copyright to their work.
  • Extend the reach of their content through our comprehensive content distribution platform, including syndication to other key websites through RSS feeds and inclusion in newsletters.
  • Provide information to the public regarding themselves though the use of author biographies, website and social media links, and customized law firm or institution banners.
  • Increase the number of back links to their website.
  • Have their articles, comments, case notes, or book reviews subject to open peer review commentary, if specifically elected by the contributor, by publishing an article and allowing non-anonymous commentary from peers which is co-published with the contributor’s response.
